Attribute a web view puts on an element that is not itself scaled — a row, a column, a card — to
tie a click, a focus or a Ctrl/⌘+wheel anywhere inside it to one zoom area. Its value is that
area's id, spelled as for CONTENT_ZOOM_ROOT_ATTRIBUTE. A marked element inside it still
decides for itself, and the attribute scales nothing, so never put it on a marked element.
