Source (no anchors, no flags) of the hex-grouped shape a durable window id has. Shared so every
matcher that needs to recognize a window id by shape (a scoped web view id's suffix, a per-window
storage key's prefix) spells the shape out once rather than once per matcher.
Deliberately NOT an RFC-4122 pattern, and it has to stay that way even though every id minted now
comes from createUuid() and is RFC-4122. A window id reaches disk only on builds that persist
one, and the first of those minted it with newGuid() (platform-bible-utils), which does not
constrain the variant nibble: measured over 20,000 samples, about half of its output fails an
RFC-4122 pattern. Profiles carrying those ids are in use, so tightening this would stop
recognizing about half of what they hold — orphaning the per-window storage those keys name,
since the prune matches positively on this shape, and breaking suffix stripping on scoped web
view ids. Tightening it needs a migration of persisted ids first.
