Attribute a web view puts on an element that is not itself scaled — a row, a column, a card — to
say that a click, a focus or a Ctrl/⌘+wheel anywhere inside it means one zoom area. The value is
that area's id, spelled as for CONTENT_ZOOM_ROOT_ATTRIBUTE. The platform consults it only
where no zoom area's marked element encloses the target: a marked element always wins. It changes
which area the chords, the wheel and the tab menu act on; it scales nothing, and a scope naming
an area the view does not render is ignored.
Extension code cannot import this value at runtime — @papi/core is types-only — so a web view
writes the literal 'data-platform-content-zoom-scope' itself (or imports the mirror from
platform-bible-react) and keeps it equal to this constant.
This constant is unstable and may change or disappear without notice
