Attribute a web view may add to an element carrying CONTENT_ZOOM_ROOT_ATTRIBUTE to name
that zoom area for the user. The zoom indicator then reads <label> · <level> (for example HSV · 120 %) instead of the level alone. Plain text; the platform reads the first non-empty label
among the area's marked elements. An area without a label shows the level alone.
Extension code cannot import this value at runtime — @papi/core is types-only — so a web view
writes the literal 'data-platform-content-zoom-label' itself (or uses ContentZoomRoot's
label prop) and keeps it equal to this constant.
