Attached in two places: each window's renderer registers its window-scoped name (e.g.
NotificationService-1) with these docs, and the main process attaches the same docs when it
registers its service router under the generic NotificationServiceNetworkObjectName — the
name consumers actually call — so the public name does not show undocumented in rpc.discover.
