What platform.resetFirstRun does with the Paratext registration in Platform.Bible's own
ParatextData folder. Paratext 9's registration is never changed.
keep: leave the registration as it is
copyFromParatext9: on the restart, replace Platform.Bible's registration and internet
settings with fresh copies of Paratext 9's, the way a Paratext 9 user's first launch does.
With no registered Paratext 8 or 9 on the machine, this leaves Platform.Bible unregistered
and on default internet settings.
clear: remove the registration, like a Paratext 9 user who never registered
