Function acceptLocalClient

acceptLocalClient(socket: ServerSocketLike, name: string): void
Experimental
Serve socket as a client of this process's RPC server, under name. Main-process only: it is how a renderer's MessagePort-backed connection joins the same method and event registries as the websocket clients on port 8876. Throws rather than returning false so the caller can put the reason in front of the client immediately instead of letting its connect attempt time out.

  The server end of the client's connection

  Label for this client in log lines
